Boomer is a performance-installation of sixty connected sound objects of 7 Cm3 equipped with a speaker and directed live by their creator Thomas Sillard. The artist composes specifically for this acousmonium 2.0 pieces of concrete music multi-spatialized in 60 points of sound and light diffusion. La Boîte à sel also commissioned the Quebec artist Frédéric Lebrasseur for the first two musical pieces played by this acousmonium: "Socles" and "Chorale".
