Before launching her business Solange & Ginette - Zero Waste Food Truck, Valérie Génebès was the very first collaborator of Céline Garnavault to join the company in administration.
For 8 wonderful years she worked alongside her in promoting the company's shows: Play, Les fusées, L'Horizon Bleu, Revers, Block, Boomer, Le Grand Chut.
Today she continues to look after the company by delighting us with her delicious local catering!

I created the food truck Solange & Ginette in October 2019, with a focus on ecological transition. My cooking is simple, tasty, generous, and seasonal with a clear aim of reducing waste. The menu - which changes daily based on the market - is based on local products (Gironde, Lot-et-Garonne, Dordogne, and Charentes), sourced from organic or sustainable agriculture.

I primarily work with local producers, in short supply chains, in organic or sustainable agriculture. The idea is to limit transportation in the delivery of products; moreover, a global reflection is made on: 1) purchases, 2) the way of thinking about cooking (management of organic waste and packaging) and 3) packaging for sale (returned for free).
... and zero waste...
I serve dishes in jars or compostable plant-based food papers - for tarts and cakes - and everything is returned for free!
The meal (jars, cutlery, bread...) is served in a nice fabric pouch.
Customers bring everything back to the truck and I take care of the dishes and laundry."
