Why did you decide to profoundly change your working methods?
Kristina Deboudt: The company has been contracted since 2022. We are all intermittent workers, and we have chosen to have very specific mission posts to have experienced and specialized profiles.
Celine Garnavault: For three years, the company has experienced a change in scale with many more tours. We are going to face a growth crisis, with the risk of burnout that can be associated with a time when there is clearly a change in the relationship to work since covid, and a loss of the sense of commitment as well.
